Who is Muzan Kibutsuji?
The primary antagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is Muzan Kibutsuji. He is the first Demon King, as well as the creator of all other Demons.
Appearances of Muzan Kibutsuji
- Muzan made his first appearance wearing a white fedora with a red ribbon and a very ostentatious ensemble. An embroidered black tuxedo with a white tie was worn over a black dress shirt and white dress trousers. He was also dressed in black loafers.
- The Demon King had a somewhat different hairstyle and costume in the past than he did in his first appearance, as seen in Rui’s flashbacks of meeting Muzan. Muzan’s hair was straighter and parted down the middle when he met Rui. He also wore a tuxedo that was too big for him and a white half-cloak over it.
- Muzan has the power to alter his shape and appearance. He arrived dressed as an elegant woman wearing a long black yukata during his meeting with the Lower Ranks, leading the Lower Ranks not to remember him at first. Later, he assumed the form of a young boy aged 10 to 11 years old with pale, white skin and black, silky smooth, neatly combed black hair, transforming himself into his new cover persona – the adopted sickly son of an elderly couple. In this disguise, he wears a simple white button-up shirt and black cargo shorts with long tube socks and loafers as his main outfit.
